Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, but it wasn't until the arrival of my own bundle of joy in 2022 that I truly found my calling behind the lens. Inspired by the candid moments shared with my growing family, I specialize in capturing the true emotions and warmth of family connections through my lens.

Happy new year everyone!

Getting back into it after a much needed break where I got to spend some quality time with my family and reflected on the past year

2024 was a year of transition for me. I started my photography business after a long mat leave, and I’m so grateful for all the families that have stepped in front of my lens since April.

On a personal note it was also a very exhausting but rewarding year. My husband and I got to see our baby girl go from barely walking to running to jumping. She went from saying her first words to starting to put full sentences together in English and Spanish, and I’m amazed by her every day ❤️ She is my little model, my inspiration and my whole world

Here’s to 2025 🥂I’m so excited for all the opportunities and challenges this year will bring. Let’s make it a great one ❤️

👶🏻 Sofia was one month at the time of our session so she was awake for most of the time, so we were able to capture her eyes and little expressions.

👉🏻 If you were wondering whether it’s too late to have a session at 4 to 6 weeks…it’s not! You can still do it and freeze frame these moments. The newborn stage will be gone before you know it!

This trend is back! And what better way to answer your most common questions?

Some other questions are:

👉🏻 “How long does a photoshoot take?”
Depending on the package you booked and the type of shoot! Family portraits usually go for an hour but can take longer if kids need lots of breaks. I make sure to take the time we need until I’m happy with the photos we got. Newborn shoots can go from 1 to 2hs because we work around the baby’s needs.

👉🏻 “Can we get good photos even if my kids don’t cooperate?”
Yes! I bring games, toys, bubbles and stickers to engage them while keeping the session fun and relaxed. Just let me know beforehand if they have a favourite character!

👉🏻 “How long will it take to get our photos?”
My official timeframe is 3 weeks but I send most of my galleries around 10 to 14 days after the session

👉🏻 “Do you offer a maternity+newborn combo?”

👉🏻 “Where are you based?”
I am a photographer based in Melbourne, Australia! I’m in the inner suburbs but happy to discuss locations if you don’t live nearby. Some of my favourite and most frequent spots for shoots are St Kilda, the CBD/botanic gardens and beaches near Brighton

I love so many things about Melbourne ☕️ 🌊🍜🚃🏙️but let’s face it: the weather is not one of them 🌧️

Did you know that you don’t need a clear sky and sunny day to end up with some beautiful photos? In fact sometimes clouds are better! They act as a big light diffuser and stop the direct sun from creating harsh shadows.

All these photos were taken this winter in not so perfect conditions! We had morning fog, very low temperatures, heavy winds (we almost postponed!) and overcast (that is: very very cloudy) days. And they still came up beautiful!
